Easy Marmalade Mug Cake
If you're looking for a quick little treat when you fancy something sweet, this marmalade mug cake takes just a few minutes to make. It's a light, fluffy sponge with a lovely hit of citrus from the marmalade, and you can make it either in the microwave or oven. I love it served warm with a little extra marmalade and a scoop of vanilla ice cream - the ice cream melts into the warm sponge making it feel much more indulgent.
